3:26 PM Update: Some are suggesting that the recent photos to go viral area actually from a power plant explosion in 2015 in Michigan or an unrelated garbage fire. Any new photos or videos are welcome, as this was a real meteor event that was experienced by many, and very well could be correlated with other local explosions in the area.
Amazing video and testimony was just sent to MUFON (case 89594) about strange mystery lights (or UFOs) seen outside a plane window, possibly over Area 51. As always, you be the judge on whether these lights are alien or perhaps man-made (could be light reflections from solar panels down below):
1/17/18 Update: Photos and videos are circulating online of the meteor reported to have directly hit Michigan on January 16th. Also, news reports are continuing to surface about the meteor impact, which caused houses to shake (earthquakes), loud booms to be heard in the air, and more.
Right after reporting about a mysterious fireball and power outage in parts of the US, reports of a large fireball seen over Michigan, which was so large as to cause houses to shake, was reported. What is especially eerie about all of this unusually dramatic sky activity, is it is all occurring about a month before the anniversary of the 2013 meteor impact in the Chelyabinsk region of Russia that injured thousands, and just days after another similar meteor explosion in Russia.
Just as in Russia this year and in 2013, this meteor lit up the entire night sky!
Do you think this fireball is a sign of rockier times to come? Will we see another scary fireball show on Valentines Day this year?

According to video and testimony shared on an online forum, multiple reports of a fireball over the US were posted to Facebook, and along with it, many citizens experienced a brief flickering of lights. The bright meteor-like object was apparently spotted all over the countryside, from Texas to North Dakota, and during the same time frame, lights flickered in homes across Iowa and Nebraska, and possibly in New York too:
Home Security Camera captures flash of light:
Curiously enough, there were many verified reports of fireballs over Colorado, according to AMSMeteors.org, but they were from January 16th, a night after these events.
What do you think of these eyewitness reports of a fireball, followed by mysterious but brief power outages? Could the events be related? Did you happen to see this fireball (or "UFO") as well? Share your photos or videos!
And, as always, share your opinions on this story and more in the comments or on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
1/16/18 Update: The witness would like to add that the neighborhood they live in is normally very busy with people walking, doing yard work, etc, but during this event, the block was totally quiet (just like the UFO). The witness has also experienced other strange events in the area, but it's not clear yet if they are related.
The same year of the famous Phoenix Lights UFO incident, another giant dark craft traveled over a town in Texas. According to the witness, who just sent detailed testimony to TexasUFOs, the large UFO looked a lot like the "Black Knight Satellite," a legendary rumored alien craft that many people believe has been photographed orbiting planet Earth from space. As always, you be the judge:
It was getting dark but still light outside. I was coming back from the store on corey Dr. The trees lined the street so when looking up you could only see a street wide section off the sky. It was Just above the tree tops, I saw something appear to my left. I stopped the car and rolled down my window, stick my head out and watched as it slowly went passed. It made zero sound. There were lights in order on one side. Blue, green, red, white. And directly to other side those same color lights were scattered together. It was the size of an entire block. Huge! The shape was different on all sides. Sharp corners , long lines, rounded. All I could see was the bottom because it was so big. As it passed directly above me, I moved to passenger side, rolled down window and watched it cross the street. The normal ME would have followed it. What I did was drive home and not think about it till the next day.
A bright glowing golden sphere was seen and photographed hovering over Las Vegas during the daytime, according to a recent MUFON report (case 89507):
Glowing or bright with some edges
What did this witness photograph in Las Vegas? Did you see this UFO as well, or have you ever seen anything like it before? Report your sighting!
Do you think you can identify this UFO? Could it be an example of "ball lightning," a rare but known natural weather phenomenon, a reflection of the sun, military flares, or... aliens visiting? Share your theories in the comments below or on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram.
