Cigar UFO Photographed Over Great Britain

A photograph of the Milky Way turned into a photo of a UFO when the photographer noticed it speeding past them in their peripheral vision. Check out the amazing photo and testimony submitted to MUFON (case 93860) below:

I was attempting to photograph the Milky Way, I saw the object in my peripheral quickly adjusted shutter speed and took the photo approx 1 second before it vanished. There was nothing around apart from house proves to gauge size, distance, height etc. It appeared to be stationary at a 45°top left to bottom right tilt, about 1" long ( don't know size due to not knowing distance, height etc ) long thin light, like a tablet side on view, lit up white.

What's interesting is during the summer of 2017, about a year ago, a similar UFO was photographed in the daytime - also over Great Britain! Do you think the sightings are related?
