Video Shows Cigar UFO Over England in the Daytime

• Where:  South of Banbury in Oxfordshire, England
• What: Dark cigar UFO object rotating and hovering in daytime sky; Possibly identified as solar balloon

A very strange video of a dim, rod or cigar-shaped object or craft moving around slowly in the daytime sky has been uploaded to YouTube. According to the witness, the UFO took off at great speed after filming:

Got a text from my mate about a UFO he'd spotted South of Banbury, Oxfordshire and then I got sight of it. Really am sorry for the poor quality and shakiness due to the camera and its limited capabilities. Nonetheless this is good. Was there for a good few minutes rotating and changing its attitude before I got the camera on it and just after I went to get the tripod it zoomed upwards and was gone.

The UFO community over at Reddit was mostly enthusiastic about the sighting, but a few people posting on the forum suggested the video could just show a balloon, specifically a large solar balloon! According to the YouTube comments, the witness believes the object was far too steady in the wind for that to be the case, but what do you think?
