Black Object Hovers Over Roller Coaster at Germany Theme Park - See Daytime Photo

A couple visiting the Heide Park amusement park in Germany witnessed and photographed a black disc seemingly hovering over a roller coaster. Could this be related to other similar sightings in the world in July and August? See the photo and testimony submitted to MUFON (case 78738).
