A photograph of potential "chemtrails" has been posted to Reddit, inspiring over 100 comments so far from people discussing their theories on geoengineering and their own sightings. Check out the photo taken in North Carolina:

One "Redditor" commented that they have been tracking similar-looking chemtrails in the Dallas and Fort Worth area, linking activity to Fort Worth's NAVAL Air Station.

A really strange UFO sighting and possible chemtrail sighting occurred in Northern California a few days ago. Photo of a strange, wandering smoky trail was shared online, and what is even stranger is what left it behind - a "weird round ball," according to the witness: 
The online Reddit community suggested that it could be a rocket or even a meteor. To make the story all the more interesting, is a day later in Wisconsin, an unidentified cone-shaped object fell from the sky and landed on a man's van, causing damage. Could these events be related?

What do you think of these UFO encounters? Could they both be cases of falling rocket debris or something of that nature? And in that case, what's going on up there?
7/18/16 Update: The witness has now elaborated on Reddit to say they did not see the UFO in person, but only after viewing the video later. This means this could be something on the camera lens like a bug. However, there is no clear evidence that this is the case right now. Original story: A really intriguing video showing a black object moving in and out of a large contrail or cloud of smoke in Vancouver was posted on YouTube by the witness: 
I saw a strange looking cloud outside my home in downtown Vancouver BC, and I took some pictures of it and decided to get a video too. What you see in this video was not what I saw taking it. The object was discovered today, while going through my pictures on my phone. I don't know what I'm looking at. I don't think it's an insect on my window as it seems to "materialize" and then vanish within seconds. The object's maneuverability and speed is incredible. I'm upset I didn't keep recording, as you can see at the end of the video, the object is clearly visible. But I had recorded a cloud for a minute and thought I got enough out of this cloud phenomenon.

CIA director John O Breenan spoke to the Council on Foreign Relations on June 29th, and made a pretty shocking statement about "geo engineering." He expressed his deep interest in the potential, describing a technology called "Stratospheric Aerosol Injection," which seeds "the stratosphere with particles that can help reflect the sun's heat, much the same way volcanic eruptions do." Planes are a delivery method.
Many online believe the government has already been experimenting with this SAI technology, spraying "chemtrails" over American neighborhoods without their knowledge. Even the late pop star Prince subscribed to this theory. You can watch the clip below (or watch the full video): 
The benefits of this technology is that it would significantly help reduce greenhouse gas emissions that lead to global warming, and buy the planet some time to transition away from using fossil fuels. However, Breenan acknowledged the many problems geo-engineering creates, as there are no global norms or laws created yet, and would also present geopolitical concerns. Breenan stated '"the technology's potential to alter weather patterns ... could triggers sharp opposition by some nations."
Did the CIA director just confirm that "chemtrails" may actually exist? Is this another step closer to UFO and Alien Disclosure? Aerial weather phenomenons and sightings all really end up in the same confusing bucket of disinformation and conspiracy, and so it is impossible to separate these items thus far.
