Mystery Blue Orb Photographed Over Wal-Mart

A woman witnessed a mysterious bright blue ball of light hovering over a Wal-Mart in Ohio. Fortunately, she took a photo and her husband sent in a report about the sighting to MUFON (case 84283):

My wife was driving home from the store around 8-12-18 around 8ish and notice this in the sky.
