The February 27th fireball that a slew of night owls saw and reported (it showed up around 3 am) seems to have been preceded by a number of strange UFO sightings all over Texas the day before. Well, here's another February 26th sighting that has an awful lot in common with the February 27th fireball - multiple fiery lights. What's especially strange about this one, though, is the witness' TV abruptly shut off afterwards. And if these events are related, it really prompts some questions.

1. Is it possible for a meteor or space junk to fling itself into our atmosphere over a period of two nights, and
   
2. If it's not possible, why is there so much UFO and meteor activity right now, all around the world?

Large red fire ball and several white lights.

I was sitting out on the back porch looking to the trees on the back side of our property (south). When I saw a fire ball red in color float between the trees then dart out of sight.

As that happen I got a glimpse of white lights dancing around, about ten of them in the area of the red ball.

I called my wife out to make sure I was not seeing things and she confirmed that the lights were there. Sortly after our TV went haywire then stoped.

This lasted about an hour then the lights disappeared.
