Austin Security Camera Films UFO in Storm

• What: Glowing light appears during storm

April 23rd, 2017 Update: Here is a follow-up comment from the witness:
"The footage was caught on my friends CCTV security cam. It appears to go behind the electric grid at the end ruling out the lens glare. most interesting is the object looks exactly like almost all the Renascence paintings . "

An security camera in Austin captured a rainstorm and a UFO... or two. In the video uploaded to YouTube, a strangely shaped green light seems to swim through the storm, followed by another light (or could be the same one). But could this just be a light reflection or camera anomaly? Or could this be a case of ball lightning?
