Bizarre Looking "Cloud" Photographed in Dallas - Could It Be a UFO?

• What: Silver rod-shaped strange looking "cloud" hovering in sky

A woman driving through East Dallas (at the intersection of Westmoreland and Clarendon) spotted a weird looking "cloud" and snapped a photo. Luckily, her husband "Lands" sent it into TexasUFOs:
