Black Orb Hovers Over Lubbock During Daytime

A daytime video showing a clear black "dot" hovering in the sky over North Texas was submitted to TexasUFOs, along with witness testimony submitted by "JFJ":

As I was coming home from a run I noticed something black in the sky. I looked a couple of times to make sure it wasn't a plane or a small drone. As I got closer it looked cylinder, vertical in shape. I never got a great look at it. I could see it enough that I noticed it spinning. As it was spinning it kept getting further away from me. I couldn't get a great video because the suns was very bright. You can see the object enough to see it's black and spinning away from me.
