Blue Ball of Light Traveling Over Houston Area Neighborhood - See Video

A bright blue ball of light can be seen traveling in a linear path in the nighttime sky over a Houston area neighborhood. Could this be a drone? Spirit orb? Military craft? Aliens? As always, you be the judge:

At approx 9:30 pm on August 12,2016
A large ORB was moving fast as a Nighthawk helicopter kept pace with it over the Houston skies over Friendswood,Tx footage is from my own cell phone. Some persons around the area have reported large bright ORBs in the area recently.
