Blue Light Haunts Houston - SEe Photo

• When: On or about October 17th, 2015
• Where: Houston
• What: Blue light moves and then disappears

A Houston resident spotted a strange blue light in the sky and preceded to film it. Although he was not able to send the (apparently quite large) video, he did send photo with testimony:

Saw bright blue light in the sky over houston took out my phone and videoed it as it started moving away from me and then disappeared
