Blue Light Wandering Around Dallas Night Sky - See Excellent Video

• What: Blue light hovering and traveling slowly

A Texan captured a blue ball of light hovering and moving about the night sky in Dallas. Check out a few screenshots for the play-by-play and the full video:

This light seems to travel too high and fluid to be a drone, but of course drone is always an explanation (it is the modern ufologist's "weather balloon"). Other than a drone, I can't imagine many other explanations.
