Bright Blue Light Hovering & Descending Above Franklin Mountains in El Paso

• When: June 15th, 2016 at 5:22 PM
• Where: El Paso (appeared to be over Franklin Mountains)
• What: Bright blue light hovering and then descending

An extremely  bright, large blue light wondered around and hovered over the city of El Paso, Texas less than a month ago. The witness says the UFO actually appeared over the nearby Franklin Mountains, and suggested it could be a "quad copter drone:"

06/15/16 05:22 Wednesday morning, I was out and about and I noticed these lights hovering above the Franklin mountains. It was just hovering there with blinking white, bluish and red-ish lights. Right next to it are the red blinking lights of the t.v. and radio stations tower antennas. I personally think it was someone with a quad copter drone taking video of the sun rise. Sorry about the quality of the video. The video was taken with a phone cam.
