Bright Light - Appeared as "Pointed Red Arrow" Through Binoculars - Hovers Over Dallas

• What: Bright object hovering, appeared as "red pointed arrow" through binoculars

Multiple witnesses can be hear on camera discussing a bright light hovering "perfectly still" in the night sky in a video uploaded to YouTube a few months ago. The witnesses can be heard discussing how they are certain the light is not a star, apparently due to its unusual brightness and appearance, but also due to the fact that it appeared as a "pointed red arrow" when viewed through a binoculars:
