Many people have been seeing a star-like object hover or move slowly in the night sky, and even flicker with bright reds and greens. Could these people be seeing Venus? In the video below, you can watch one of the latest of these reports out of San Antonio. The witness compared their view to a star chart and claims that this is no star:
