Bright, Peculiar Light Over Dallas - See Video

• What: Glowing light

A glowing light was spotted over Dallas and video posted to YouTube. You can see the object dimming, brightening, dimming, brightening, and so forth - and you can also see fireworks (I believe) below it:

Saw this thing in the sky, it was up there for about 30 seconds before I started filming so it can't be a firework) it looked like a meteor at first because it had a tail but it had a zig zag to it.
