A Sugar Land, Texas resident has filmed some shiny objects rotating and speeding through a daytime sky, according to MUFON case 87615. However, could these just be balloons? As always, you be the judge: Wow. I am wondering if someone is playing some kind of unfunny game and releasing balloons to make them look like a ___. Saw it on Monday this week and again twice yesterday; all 3 times in my back yard and what I thought they were balloons, couldn't see any strings attached to them and both times they seem to appear out of nowhere. 1st time yesterday around 11AM I was filming a plane in the distance and a floating sliver/grey/shiny orb floats down from some power lines. First thought is 'ok, those are balloons..oh no it's not..." Got up a ladder and kept filming, all the while with a deep fear that I've seen it, again. A balloon wouldn't change directions and go up and down. Then the 2nd time it was floating off to my right under some power lines and i again thought 'ok, now those are balloons!!...' But again they weren't! It passed right in front of me and then continued along to the left. I took some video of it. Please tell me these are balloons...Sorry for the cursing in the video!

A beekeeper was retrieving a bee trap at the Sienna Plantation near Sugar Land in Houston when they stopped to snap some quick photos of the sun setting. When they viewed the photos later, they noticed a strange dark cylindrical object in just one of the photos, implying the object must have been moving at a very fast rate. Check out the photo and testimony sent to the site by reader Nes: I am a beekeeper in Sienna Plantation and was retrieving a beetrap that I had set up in a tree off the bike trail behind my house. I was driving our golf cart back from picking up the empty trap. It was around 8:14pm and the sun was setting. I was admiring the sunset on the drive and accidentally past the gate opening into our cul de sac. I was drawn to drive on anyway and get a quick pic of the sunset to post on my Instagram account before turning around to go back to my house. I went a few feet past the gate opening, stopped the golf cart and snapped about 8pics quickly. It wasn't until late that night when I remembered the sunset pic and wanted to post it. I began looking at the pics and noticed something odd beneath the sunset and then another strange but different looking object in the other pics as well. I did not see any of this when I was taking the pictures. No birds in the sky, no airplanes etc. I heard nothing besides normal outdoor noises such as bugs, crickets etc. I see airplanes frequently fly over our house, there is a small plane airport very near by and Houston Southwest Airlines airport is further south. So seeing airplanes is common. I know what they look and sound like. These objects my iPhone 7 camera picked up I did not see or hear!? I have other pics I would like for you to see but unfortunately you page is only allowing me to attach one.. please feel free to contact me via email. I'm very curious and would like to get another opinion regarding the image. Thank you for your time.
Apparently the photos showed at least one other UFO, which I will try to get my eyes on soon and follow up with, however in the meantime, what do you think this photo captured? A UFO, or some lens artifact, bug, or spec on the lens? Share your theories below in the comments or join the conversation on social media!
A YouTube video showing a bright red ball of light travel in the night sky, go back and forth, and then descend, has been posted. Is this video just showing a drone? Or something more mysterious than that? Considering other harder-to-explain sightings of strange red lights in the Texas sky, I thought this one was worth sharing: I spotted another ufo at about the same time this year as I did last year. Luckily I was fast enough to capture it on video again.
TexasUFOs received an interesting report of a multi-colored ball of light passing overhead, shortly after some jets flew by. Lookerupper writes: I live by a small airport in sugar land, recently (3-4 days) there have been military fighter jets flying over.. Pretty cool right? Well tonight I was smoking a cigarette and heard a jet taking off so I waited until I could see the jet in the air(head ed southeast) and about 2 seconds after I saw the jet A color shifting (between vibrant green and blue) ball of light moving at a ridiculously high rate of speed in the opposite direction of the jet, In a straight line. It passed right over my house and made no sound whatsoever. Did you see this UFO as well? Did you get photos or video? Report your sighting!
Two oddly similar reports have come in to MUFON and this site, and they are worth sharing together in case they are related. A bright pink light was reported traveling overhead on May 11th in Houston, and then in East Texas on May 12th. In Houston, a large sound worthy of a jet accompanied it and it may have caused a power outage. However, in East Texas, the witness was able to get a good view and noticed a black triangle shape with three lights. Read the two reports below. May 11th at 4 AM in Houston (Sugar Land area): A very bright pink light came over where I live , it burnt out some light bulbs around the apartment complex , I heard a very loud noise , it sounded like a very loud jet before the light showed up. May 12th in Elysian Fields (East Texas): was driving home from bringing my sister's boyfriend his power cord for his ps4 when i saw a bright, but distant, glowing pink-red light. At first I thought it was just an airplane, but it didn't move. After about 3 minutes I noticed this light was part of 3 other lights (each white) and had a black shape between each point. About the time I turned to get on one of my local roads to start my final stretch home when I noticed it following me, or at least heading my direction. I soon there after lost it behind some trees, and immediately thereafter came here to report my sighting. I do have a photo, but it's on my phone and is blurry. I swear it's real!!!
What a sight! Have you seen a strange pink light or triangle craft in Texas recently? Help solve this mystery and report your sighting.
