Chemtrail and Green Orb in Austin

An Austinite tweeted an instragram with the following description: "took this in the morning thought it was really weird #rocket #ufo"

His instagram features what looks to be a chemtrail and a curious green orb - however the orb could very easily be an optical illusion created by the sun or the mobile phone (a flare, etc). Thoughts? Did you see anything funky in Austin this morning?
