Cigar, "Tic Tac" UFOs Over Texas?

• When: July 18th and the 31st, 2020
  
• Where: San Saba and Houston
• What: Rod or cigar-shaped craft
  

I have received two witness reports describing a "cigar" or "rod"-shaped UFO over Texas. Do you think these reports are related? In one case, the UFO was reported as "colorful," while in the other, it was reported as "white," and in fact, resembles the  famous "tic tac" UFO seen by a Navy pilot in 2004:

I'm trying to gather more information about these sightings. In the meantime, though, read the testimonies and check out the witness photo below, and then let me know what you think in the comments, or if you saw this, too!

San Saba, Texas, July 18th, 2020 at 2:03 AM:

Pulled up to my house, got out of truck and leaned up against the bed. Started a text and glanced up and saw a long (colorful) cigar shaped object. It had lights or something coming off the back. It’s flew northwest no sound and flew real smooth. It’s was something to see. I did get a pic of it.

I was driving down the highway before noon and noticed the small white object hovering in the air north of the highway. I could not identify what it might be. It seemed to just hover there for several minutes. I was trying to drive and take pictures and eventually I lost sight of it.
