Circle of Lights - "30 feet wide" - on Ground Outside Dallas

• What: Circle of lights on ground

Technically the following is not a "UFO" sighting as it did not occur in the sky, however it might have been a shadow of something above, and regardless, it's well worth sharing with a community like this. Check out the short, but detailed description submitted to Texas UFO Sightings:

I was driving along interstate 35 going north toward Dallas right before Ennis Italy exit off the highway I saw a set of lights on the ground in the form of a circle the lights where the color of a deep orange like the sun set I was driving fast but the circle looks to be about 30 feet wide and and the spacing of lights was about a few inches apart in a circle I drive this route every day and I haven't seen them before nothin to explain this

Any theories on what this person witnessed? The solar eclipse did not occur on this evening, but it almost sounds like the shadow of something like that? Share your theories in the comments or on the Facebook page.
