March 3, 2015, in Dallas, Texas, over the intersection of Central Expressway (75) and Meadow Road, about 10:00 pm. I have 13 min video of this on my iPhone and it won't allow me to send or email it to anyone it says the file is "empty" but I can still watch it...creepy Leave a Reply. |
