Daytime Photo Shows Odd-Shaped Object Flying or Hovering over Fort Worth

• What: Oval (irregular) shaped dark object that appears to be reflective

A photo showing a shiny, dark object, hovering or flying over Fort Worth has been submitted to MUFON (case 115859). There was no description of the UFO given in the report; the witness only shared that they had taken a short video of it, but no video was attached:

Although I can find no obvious evidence of CGI or "photoshop" tampering, is it possible this is just a hoax? Or a misidentification of a drone, or even a bird?
