Daytime Sighting of Glowing Orb Over Odessa

• When: April 9th, 2017 (still confirming date, though)
• Where: Odessa
• What: Glowing orb speedily flying through daytime sky

Video of a bright white light ascending up into the daytime sky in West Texas has been uploaded to YouTube:

Ufo sighting in Odessa, Texas. This happen on my way to work, and cannot explain how this flying object moves so fast!!!

What do you think this UFO is? It's certainly not a plane or star, and doesn't appear to be moving like a balloon. Could it be a high-tech drone, or something more mysterious? If you are in the Odessa area and also saw this, report your sighting!
