Daytime UFO Sighting - Spinning Metallic Object Over North Texas

When: October 30th, 2016
Where: North Central Texas
What: Metallic object ascending, spinning

A dark object is seen ascending in the daytime sky in the YouTube video below. The object appears to be reflecting the light from the sun and may even be spinning. This is not typical behavior for a plane or a drone, so what could this be? (Start viewing the video at 1:17 mark, though there may be other anomalies elsewhere in video as well:)

Recorded Oct 30, 2016 over North Central Texas. A strange triangular metallic UFO slowly moves just east of my location.

Ok. I just found this site. And I found two posts already that inspired me to respond.
This one came on the same day as my report of a sphyrical object at around 3pm while waiting for my child at their school in Sienna Plantation.
October 28, the same day, at around 4pm I was picking up my other child from a different school in Sugarland, tx.
Still curious from the sighting earlier my wife, my son and I were scanning the sky's off of Austin Parkway in front of First Colony Middle School. In the sky above the church across the street we saw this EXACT object. I recognize it because the flashing pattern is the same. My son and I were repeating the pattern like a drum beat.
It was about a high as the buzzards circling the area so we assumed it was a balloon spinning in the wind.
There is no coincidence now. It was the same type of object. Spinning ad flashing as if it was keeping time. Exactly what we see in this video. My son and wife have confirmed it is the same.
Now I am concerned.
This was in Southwest Houston area and two days later it was seen in Central Texas.
