Does This Video Show a Large Craft Hovering Over Texas?

• When: August 2017 (still confirming date)
• Where: Mineola (east of Dallas)
• What: Large objects with flashing lights hovering

A very short but interesting video showing blinking lights in a night sky over Mineola, Texas, has been uploaded to YouTube:

Although the witness does not appear to be profiting from this footage, or trying to get attention from it, could it be a hoax? Or just an innocent misidentification? Considering the short length of the film, and the close up proximity to the camera of the object, it is hard to make much of this, but I will try to follow up for more.
