Eerily Familiar Looking Orb Over Laredo - What Are These?

An orange glowing orb was filmed hovering and possibly even vibrating/spiraling around in South Texas:

Sightings like these are surprisingly common - an identical UFO was seen in Dallas and Arlington back in May, and in Houston farther back in March. And remember Port Aransas more than a year ago?
