Story Updated 10/6, Part of mass sightings in Texas?

A really awesome photo featuring Big Tex practically introducing a flying saucer-like UFO was submitted to Texas UFO Sightings, along with a description:

I seen 6 lights in the sky all in a circle so I decided to take a picture, come to find out when I got home there's actually 2 ufo,s in the picture, the second one is just a little more above it to the right, it was super weird cuz I've never seen anything like it before.

Pretty fantastic - could be a hoax, could be more explainable than meets the eye. Or could very well be some sort of spying drone or creepy military craft or ___.
