"Frightening" Star-like Object Dims When Cars Pass - See East Texas Video

• When: December 19th, 2015
• Where: Kilgore (east Texas near Longview)
• What: Star-like, shape shifting object hovering and dimming when cars pass

Pretty interesting video and testimony was submitted to MUFON. In the video, a star-like object is hovering, but when cars pass underneath it, it dims. Is this just a clue to the light's location (maybe a shadow is cast?) or is this the "behavior" of something that is intelligently controlled? The witness also stated the object changed colors and looked more like a "blob" than a star, and was even frightening:

I went outside at 5:30 A.M. on December 19th 2015 as I do every morning. The sky is always clear. I noticed a blob of sorts winking and moving erratically. I decided to catch it on camera my husband loves these things. As soon as a started filming I noticed it would completely shut off when a car would pass. It also would shift between colors and didn't maintain a proper shape. I was home alone and became frightened and went back inside.
