Glowing Ball of Light in San Antonio Daytime Sky - See Video

A local chemtrail/UFO hunter ("TexMexSkyWatcher") got some pretty great footage and uploaded it to YouTube. In the video, you can see a clear white ball traveling against a blue sky, but it doesn't appear to be a plane based on its size/proximity and uneven speed. Could it be a drone? Check it out:

After watching heavy chem trails all day i saw this. It looked unusual and nothing like the white planes i witnessed all day long. Was an above average day of spraying. I filmed all day but this was extremely odd on an already odd day.
