Group of Friends See and Film Strange Lights Over Houston

• What: Several lights moving overhead, seeming to make triangle formations

6/26/17  Update: The witness has graciously  followed up with me about this sighting, insisting that these in no way  could have been Chinese lanterns: "I had 9 other friends that saw this event. We saw 12 total lights 1 at first then the three and the 2 and then one every couple minutes apart. they were all a couple minutes apart....  it also was not a windy night. so to have the lanterns move so quickly and be so bright it is hard to say it was Chinese lanterns. "

At least a dozen mysterious orbs glided over a group of friends in Houston, who were able to capture a video and upload it to YouTube:

Approx. 9:18 Sat night myself and nine friends saw 12 alien lights. 1 at first then 3 in triangle formation. Then we saw 8 others fly in the same path towards the sky and disappear. This video shows the triangle formation.

Could these lights simply be Chinese lanterns, military flares, or fireworks? Or do these lights represent the confirmed of increased UFO sightings in Texas, especially triangle sightings?
