Helicopter Stalks UFO in TExas

• When: August 12th, 2013
• Where: Somewhere in Texas
• What: Helicopter chases UFO

A YouTube channel dedicated to UFOs found some pretty cool footage, apparently out of Texas. In the video below, you'll see a helicopter following a large blob of a UFO, first traveling slowly through the sky and then speeding up at the end. Could this just be a weather balloon, however, as many YouTube comments have suggested? And why can't the people who discovered this video give us any more details?
