UFO with Flashing Lights Filmed Hovering Over Houston

Very intriguing video of blinking lights recently hovering over Houston, Texas as been uploaded to YouTube:

Seen some lights in the sky on my lunch break so i whipped out my phone and started recording

What  is  interesting is this UFO is similar to something seen in nearby Spring, Texas on January 22nd:

What do you think this witness saw over Houston? Could it be a drone, known air craft, or.... aliens? Could the recent sighting in Spring, Texas (video above) be related?
