"I am a pilot ... have never witnessed any aircraft that looked like this" - Giddings

• What:  Object with bright lights hovers, then dims and travels away

Reader and pilot(!) David M submitted quite the compelling witness report to TUS; in it he details a craft with multiple colored lights hovering in mid air and then traveling.

I spotted a hovering craft with three intensely bright spotlights that looked to point down to the ground. I was traveling into Giddings on Friday night on the 28th at around 8 pm coming from Houston on Hwy 290 heading to Buda. The craft had rotating lights alternating red and green and when I got closer the spotlights went out and the craft began moving parallel to my travel and I lost sight of it as I passed through town.

I am a pilot and have seen many different aircraft and have never witnessed any aircraft the looked like this.

Could this have been an RC plane, drone, or something creepier than that? Considering the witness is also a pilot, pretty good chance this was not your typical plane, satellite, or helicopter! Have you seen any UFOs in Giddings recently? Report your sighting.
