"I feel like I have Lost My Mind" - Circular Lights Hover Over Humble Area

• When: April 5th, 2014
• Where: North of Houston (Humble area)
• What: Red, white and yellow lights forming circle, floating in mid air, and then vanishing silently
  

7/2/14 update: A similar UFO was spotted at Fort Bliss in El Paso a few months later.

A Texas UFO Sightings reader was quite shaken by a UFO they encountered - specifically a very large circular UFO hovering silently and then disappearing mysteriously. They graciously and anonymously submitted their testimony to the site:

I was driving south on Hwy 59. Not sure of the closest city to me but well before Humble. It was between 8 & 9 pm. I noticed up ahead of me to my right off the road & about 2 to 3 times as high as a regular hwy light, lights in a circle. I remember thinking that is a really strange huge highway light. It's colors were red, white/yellow & green. I thought really early for Christmas lights. As I got closer I realized it was NOT a highway light or tower. As I got real close I started freaking out. I couldn't see any poles the structure was on, I kept thinking it has to be on some kind of structure. It's diameter was very large. It was maybe 75 feet off the side of the hwy and probably 30 or 40 feet off the ground. I slowed down as I drove past it. I could see it was floating & I could see under it. It was very bright & scared me. So, I speed back up. When I looked back in my mirrors it wasn't there. It never made a sound. It just did appeared. Please explain to me what this is... I feel like I have lost my mind.
