"I use a laser to try to make contact" - Dallas Orbs

• When: April 6th, 2013
• Where: Dallas
• What: Multiple orbs slowly fly along tree line

We've got footage of two bright white orbs traveling very slowly through the night sky - one orb is the "star" of the show, as it's the most visible and you can clearly see it moving, thanks to the tree branches that serve as great reference points. There is also another moving ob that pops into the frame from time to time. You can hear some commentary in the video, but it's in Spanish, so I'm not sure what the witnesses are discussing. In the YouTube description, the witness says they tried to make contact with "night vision" and a "laser."

What's interesting is there was a similar orb sighting in Scotland on the same night (you can compare the videos below). One comment suggested it could be a "HAARP plasma ball."

Could these UFOs be HAARP plasma balls - or perhaps helicopters? They do appear to hover and change speeds, but as with any UFO sighting, it's hard to tell if that's an illusion or a video distortion. These really appear to be crafts - not satellites or balloons, though, and they're definitely not planes.
