Last week, the Deputy Director of Naval Intelligence, Scott Bray, shared UFO footage taken by a Navy pilot during the first-ever public UFO/UAP Hearings in decades. In the clip below, Bray answers questions about the footage, and explains why it is considered to be an "unknown" - or unidentified aerial phenomenon/unidentified flying object:
The Congressional hearings were controversial for many reasons, with the general public lamenting about how it was an irrelevant waste of time (compared to issues like Russia/Ukraine, supply chain shortages, etc...), and the niche "UFO" community mocking how poor a job the hearing did at convincing the public to take UFOs seriously.
During the hearing, another UFO video (which had already circulated online after being leaked to filmmaker Jeremy Corbell), was discussed live, but in this case, it was debunked. The "Pyramid" UFO was explained away as a man-made effect of the triangular-shaped lens, or aperture, a theory previously toted by some skeptics online, including Mick West.
Corbell has since implied that this part of the hearing was part of an intentional disinformation campaign.
