Is the Texas Ring of Lights Back?

Remember last year during the summer and fall when there were ongoing sightings of a ring of lights all over Texas and even outside the state?

Well, they may be back...

Texas UFO Sightings just received a spectacular and nearly identical image of a ring of lights hovering over Dallas skyline, and moving slightly. See photo and testimony from reader "CK":

Compare this photo to one from August 2014, which was part of  a mass ongoing and possibly WORLDWIDE phenomenon:

While "hoax" is always a possibility, we know that the exact same object was spotted last year by many Texans and so I am not concluding that right now. I will investigate to find out if perhaps this photo is actually from last year, and try to get more info about what it was doing to make the witness notice it. But in the meantime, if you're seeing this Ring of Lights again, report your sighting. If you have ideas on what this could be (experimental craft?
