"It looks like a long circle" - UFO in Georgetown, Video

• What: Flying saucer with lights ???

An everyday Youtuber, Linda Morales, uploaded an excruciatingly brief video featuring - I think(?) - an oblong craft with lights all around.  Sort of like, a, flying saucer. Or... it could be a bus passing by, or a lit up office building, or... something far stranger. As always, you be the judge!
