"It's like descending upon the city, dude" - Glowing, Floating UFO Filmed Over New Braunfels

• When: On or about October 16th, 2020 (confirming date and time)
• Where: New Braunfels
• What: Glowing misty ball of light "floating" across skyline

A pretty intriguing video showing a "glowing mist" "floating" over New Braunfels has been uploaded to YouTube. You can hear the witnesses wondering out loud about what they could be seeing - spotlights? birds? For now, I can only conclude "UFO":

Was the same thing seen in Austin?

What's interesting is a similar sighting - but from Austin, specifically on October 15th - was shared to the Reddit community /UFOs. The community there is supposing it was a search light or spot light:

Spotted by someone on Nextdoor app, near Austin TX, 11pm Oct 15 2020. Other neighbors saw it and have blurry photos posted as well from r/UFOs

What is going on? Are UFOs invading Texas? If not... why the increase in UFO activity - specifically, search and spot lights -  in Central Texas?
