Large Glowing Orb Hovers Over New Braunfels

• When: February 23rd, 2017
• Where: New Braunfels
• What: Bright white light pulsating

A very large bright white orb was seen and filmed hovering over i-35 in New Braunfels back in February, and I somehow did not catch it when it was originally uploaded to YouTube. According to the witness, the UFO seemed to be pulsating and rotating, and had been seen before in September 2016. As always, you be the judge on whether or not this mystery light is a UFO or perhaps something easier to explain, like a drone:

What do you think of this Texas UFO sighting? Is it evidence of aliens, or could this be a drone? Though, by the looks of it, it would have to have been a massively-sized drone!
