Large Ship? On Houston WEb Cam

• What: Large, rod-shaped ship

Someone noticed something very strange in the sky on a web cam still from a Houston construction site. I'm trying to get more details, but so far all we have is this puzzling photo:

We'd certainly like to see the before-and-after stills. This definitely appears to be a craft, but as with any web cam, there's really no way of telling! It could simply be an illusion.
If it was actually a craft, it was big enough to be seen by anyone in the area. Apparently, there were some bright rocket boosters that went over Houston on the same night, perhaps explaining another sighting on the same night. Let me know if you saw it!

Not present as it was taken on a web cam at the University of Houston new football stadium site.

On the night in question Houston area had 3 rocket booster go over with the brightness of 1.2 to 2.2. - Fletcher
