Leaked? Homeland Security Video of Foo Fighter? in Puerto Rico - See Video

Got an oldie, but great international sighting to share. A video just hit YouTube and excited the UFO community on Reddit. Apparently, it's leaked video from Homeland Security and shows a military camera (of some sort) tracking a black craft, which at 2:32, splits into two separate objects:

Could this be a true-blue foo fighter? That's no drone, folks! The only explanation besides UFO would be hoax. Many people have tried to debunk this as special effects, but there's no proof in the pudding at all for that just yet.
