Lights Flashing & Moving Over Cedar Park, Multiple Witnesses - See Video

• What: Several lights flashing and moving

A group of Cedar Park residents witnessed several star-like objects moving around and flashing on and off, against a twinkling backdrop of stars. As well, in one part of the film, a cloudy figure zooms past (but this is just something I saw, not sure if it was witnessed in person).
