"Lights in the Sky" Hover Over Dallas

• What: Hovering Lights, Close to Ground

A Dallas area resident tweeted "i swear to you i saw UFOs !!" on February 10th. Upon elaborating, he explained that "they looked like little lights in the sky...too close to b ea plane, and too far to be a helicopter.! It was hovering!!" Satellites, stars, or something else?
