2 Lights... or Craft?... over New Braunfels - See Video

• What: Two lights or craft hovering, one light blinking, the other glowing solid
  

Texas UFO Sightings received a video of two lights - or a craft - hovering over New Braunfels, Texas. One light dims  few times, while the other light is solid. Could these be stars or satellites, maybe drones? Or could these lights be  connected to a single craft? Unfortunately no description or details were shared along with the video, which you can check out below:
