Metallic donut-shaped object spotted in Houston area

• What: "Metallic ring-shaped object"

A metallic "ring" or "donut"-shaped object was seen and flying over a highway west of Houston. Although a photo or video was not captured, the witness did draw a picture of what they saw, and submit detailed testimony to MUFON (case 118249):

Driving south on hwy 60 towards east bernard, tx, noticed an object flying towards me from over east bernard heading north parallel to hwy 60. first thought maybe a helicopter at low altitude. But as it became clearer it was a ring, or donut shaped object flying vertical with the hole in the center flying into the wind. it was metallic but kinda dirty looking also. it was also not crystal clear, like it had a hazy distortion around it. similar to heat waves. it appeared to be 500 to 750 feet above the ground, maybe 15 to 20 feet in diameter and was moving 50 to 60 mph in the opposite direction to me. it had something hanging down from it, like a skinny pole, or antenna type appendage. it was moving with the object, not flopping or moving independently. i pulled over on the shoulder of the road to turn around and pursue it and takes pictures, however because of traffic it took 15 to 20 seconds before i could turn around. i could see it when i turned but it had moved quite a bit away already. it was reflecting light from the sun so i could easily still see it, when i found a pull off spot i got out of my car and it was just gone. either vanished or had sped off out of sight at a high speed, i'm not sure, but it as gone. i drove a couple more miles in the direction it was traveling but never saw it again.
