Over the past few days, we've seen a significant uptick in Texas UFO sightings. They varied from strange orange lights in varying formations to green flashes. Many sightings did have a "meteor" feel to them. Well, it now appears that over the nights of May 22nd and 23rd, according to Elpasoallsky.blogspot.com, there may very well have been a meteor fireball over Central and North Texas. Does this explain some of the recent sightings, or was there something else zooming through our skies that has been mistaken for a meteor? Certainly stationary lights in the air don't fit that bill. A recap: (this one's being chalked up to sky lanterns)
