Dallas Hole-punch Cloud?

Meanwhile, EastBoysInTN captured a pretty sight in Dallas, a giant sunlit hole in the clouds, on April 14th. I've seen these several times in Austin, and while there's nothing "unidentified" about the sighting, it is interesting that we've seen an uptick for something that should supposedly be quite rare....
