Mysterious Lights Over Houston - See Video

A really beautiful video showing several lights floating and ascending in the night sky in Houston has been posted to YouTube. The witnesses can be heard reacting to the UFOs and comparing them to footage they've seen from popular UFO channel Secureteam10:

Could these UFOs actually be Chinese lanterns? Or are these more mysterious energy orbs  - after all the witnesses do mention the UFOs are coming out of a storm.
